The following is a partial list of what to expect in our lovely Farm House:
Lower Level:
• The entire house is unique post and beam construction. Mahogany and pine radiates throughout. All doors and bedroom furniture are finished pine and/or cedar. The living and dining room floors are mahogany, the newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to cook that lobster dinner!
• The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and place setting for 10.
• The dinning area will seat eight and sits in front of a pine framed over-sized fireplace with overhead fan.
• The living / seating area is off the dinning room with brand new beautiful queen sleeper sofa.
• The first floor contains a full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer
• Large bedroom with King Euro pillowtop mattress.
Upper Level:
• The master bedroom contains a queen with Euro pillowtop mattress and attached full bath.
• The guest room has two twins with full top mattresses.
• The family loft has couch and easy chairs with cable TV and DVD and Stereo.
Outside:
• Large wrap around covered country porch with rockers
• In the rear sits an oversized deck with outdoor dining table and chairs for 6.
• Gas grill.
• Outside shower (hot/cold)
• Large grass yard with surrounding trees providing incredible privacy from roads and neighbors.
Miscellaneous:
• Microwave, blender, toaster, Braun coffee maker, dishwasher, dining service for 10, various pots, pans, lobster pot, table service for 10, glassware, cooler, 2 telephones, WIFI, beach chairs and lounges. Bedding includes pillows, blankets, and comforters. All bedrooms include electric fans and clock radios, night tables w/lamps. All cleaning supplies included, paper towels, tissue, iron w/board, brooms, mops, fire extinguisher, rubbish removal (2x week),vacuum.

• Open floor plan with extra large living room and foyer with pine desk. The living room has satellite TV with stereo and DVD, and WIFI.
• The kitchen is located off the living room and has a breakfast counter with stools. The kitchen is fully stocked (setting for 10)
• The dinning area will seat eight and sits off the kitchen.
• The first floor contains a full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer
• Large Queen bedroom with pine walls and ceiling and Euro pillowtop mattress.
Upper Level:
• The master bedroom is a beautifully decorated queen and attached half bath.
•The equally comfortable loft bedroom with attached half bath.
Outside:
• Large fenced in grass yard with bluestone patio and seating for 6
• Gas grill.
• Enclosed outside shower (hot/cold)
